Originally from Toronto, with an English Literature degree, Roland began his career in the legal sector in London, in 1993.

For the past three decades Roland has served critical roles in the firms he has worked at.  Roland has previously served as Practice Director, Senior Administrator, Human Resources Director and Finance Director.

Before joining Kelly IP, Roland spent the previous ten years as Practice Director for a large London law firm.  His astute commercial approach was recognized as hugely beneficial in the expansion and promotion of the firm and was appointed a Company Director in 2022.

That same year, the firm opened an office in Washington DC which brought Roland to the US and eventually to Kelly IP.

Roland is responsible for the overall operations of the firm, including finance, HR, IT and vendor contracts.
