About

Larry White has over 23 years of experience handling trademark, copyright, and patent litigation before federal courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). He has also managed cases involving trade dress, domain names, false advertising, counterfeiting, as well as multiple appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and several other federal circuit courts of appeal.

Larry’s work involves all areas relating to litigation, including preparing and filing of the complaint and other pleadings; maintaining internal case dockets and litigation databases; handling telephone conferences with clerks of the court and TTAB interlocutory attorneys; supervising electronic and on-site document collections, including reviewing documents for privilege and relevance; preparing privilege logs; scheduling and coordinating depositions; coordinating pretrial preparations including assembling exhibits; preparing and filing pretrial submissions and demonstrative exhibits; overseeing trial graphics; providing litigation support throughout trial; preparing post-trial briefing; and handling all procedural aspects of appeals. Larry’s command of the rules of procedure, familiarity with substantive trademark and copyright law, and meticulous preparation and attention to detail make him a vital member of Kelly IP’s litigation team.

Larry earned his B.A. in political science from West Virginia University.
