Kelly IP partners David Kelly and Rob Litowitz were among a select group of intellectual property lawyers chosen to Washingtonian magazine’s list of the DC Region’s Top Lawyers. The biannual list was released this month in the magazine’s December print issue.

The Washingtonian honors are the latest in a line of distinguished accomplishments by these attorneys. Dave has represented clients in trademark, copyright, and unfair competition issues for more than 40 years and Rob is a litigator, strategist, and advocate who has also practiced for more than four decades.
