Rita joined Kelly IP in 2016. She has 19 years of experience as a financial analyst in the mortgage industry. Rita began her career at Freddie Mac performing statistical loan analysis and providing database systems support, and then at Fannie Mae as Senior Financial Analyst leading projects to develop and improve an efficient set of reconciled property loan data used for the patented Automated Valuation Model and Desktop Underwriter. While at Fannie Mae, Rita was the recipient of several corporate awards for her database analysis and project work.

While at Kelly IP, Rita serves as the lead role in managing the banking and deposit accounts, payment of vendor invoices and office bills, remote deposits, insurance renewal forms, payroll tax forms, and accounting reporting. Rita has created several billing efficiencies since joining Kelly IP, both internally and with client payments.

Rita is a native Washingtonian, living in Maryland with her husband and two children. Rita earned her BA in Finance from Radford University.
