Megan Baskette has over 13 years of experience with trademarks focused on U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution and enforcement, as both a Docketing Specialist and Paralegal. Megan assists in all areas of managing, maintaining, and developing new processes for client portfolios through a docketing database. She has extensive knowledge of trademark laws and policies worldwide, which enables the accuracy of deadlines to help guide trademarks from inception and filing through registration and renewal.

Prior to joining Kelly IP, Megan has worked as a docketing specialist and paralegal for multiple corporate IP law firms and boutique firms in Washington, D.C., as well as in-house at a prominent social media company in Silicon Valley, California. Megan’s dedication to the validity of trademarks and client needs is of utmost importance to her.

In her free time, Megan is an avid hiker and runner. She enjoys spending time in nature and creating memories with family and friends.

Megan holds a dual degree Magna Cum Laude in Political Science and Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
