Majette Harrell

About

Majette Harrell joined the Kelly IP team as a Summer Associate in 2021 and is now an Associate barred in Washington, D.C. His practice focuses on general counseling for copyright and trademark matters, as well as trademark litigation, prosecution, and enforcement.

Majette graduated from the William and Mary School of Law in May 2024, where he was Diversity Chair of the Student Bar Association, Student Intellectual Property Society (SIPS) Board Member, and competed on W&M’s National Trial Team. During his last semester, Majette was a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Judge Jamar K. Walker of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Majette received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, majoring in Political and Social Thought. Prior to law school, he joined Teach for America in New Orleans before continuing a career in education for seven years.
