Luigi represents trademark, trade dress, and copyright owners through all phases of the intellectual property spectrum, including with clearance and prosecution, as well as with disputes and enforcement. Luigi has worked with an array of national and international clients in high stakes matters across the apparel and footwear, packaged foods and consumer products, telecommunications and energy, healthcare and biotechnology, and higher education industries, assisting clients with brand protection and brand value maximization.

Prior to joining Kelly IP, Luigi practiced as an associate in the trademark groups for a global AM Law 100 law firm and an intellectual property boutique law firm. Luigi earned his J.D. with honors from the George Washington University Law School, where he served on the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and was a judicial intern for the District of Columbia Superior Court and the International Trade Commission. Prior to his legal career, Luigi worked in hotel and restaurant management and development for many international and household name brands.
