Lauren Jancuska

About

Lauren focuses her practice on trademark, enforcement, counseling and prosecution. Lauren routinely advises clients on brand protection and enforcement strategies. She handles proceedings at all stages before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and has experience managing foreign oppositions and cancellation proceedings through a network of international firms.

Prior to joining Kelly IP, Lauren was an associate at a general practice firm where she focused on litigation and trademark counseling and prosecution.

Lauren graduated magna cum laude from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, Lauren worked as a research assistant and conducted extensive research into the First Amendment’s impact on trademark rights under Section 2(d) of the Lanham Act. Lauren received her B.A. in International Relations from Saint Joseph’s University where she was a captain of the women’s NCAA soccer team.
