Lauren Jancuska


Lauren focuses her practice on trademark litigation, enforcement, counseling and prosecution. Lauren advises clients on brand protection and enforcement strategies and she has experience with proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Prior to joining Kelly IP, Lauren was an associate at a general practice firm where she focused on litigation and trademark counseling and prosecution.

Lauren graduated magna cum laude from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, Lauren worked as a research assistant for a trademark professor and gained extensive insight into trademark matters, including the First Amendment’s impact on trademark rights. Lauren received her B.A. in International Relations from Saint Joseph’s University where she was a captain of the women’s NCAA soccer team.
