Kelly Kurtz joined Kelly IP in 2016 as a Trademark Paralegal and has 24 years of experience in the field. Kelly assists in all facets of the trademark process including the preparation, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of domestic and international trademarks. In addition, she performs trademark availability searches and undertakes preliminary reviews and analysis of results. She also completes domestic and foreign trademark due diligence reviews, communicates with outside counsel, and maintains clients’ portfolios, in addition to effectively managing and maintaining the docket database.

Prior to joining Kelly IP, Kelly was a trademark paralegal supervisor at Baker Hostetler LLP in Washington, D.C.
