Jodi Harpster has worked in the legal field for more than 21 years with the majority of her career dedicated to Trademarks. She has extensive experience managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, including portfolios covering applications in more than 80 countries. Jodi has experience in trademark clearance searches, conducting use investigations, monitoring trademark watch services, and maintaining client databases/internal docket systems. She has experience with foreign trademark enforcement and dispute matters, liaise with foreign counsel, and gathering evidence. Jodi also prepares Copyright applications.
