Courtney Peavey came to Kelly IP with three years of experience as a Trademark Docket Administrator for a firm located in Houston and Dallas, Texas, and Alexandria, Virginia.

Courtney has a strong understanding of U.S. and international trademark prosecution procedures. She assists in the crucial role in maintaining accurate records of trademark prosecution activities, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and that the intellectual property portfolio remains in good standing. She is committed to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of trademark records and contributing to the protection and enforcement of clients’ intellectual property rights.

In her free time, she enjoys taking her 17’ Montauk out exploring Galveston Bay. Her and her husband, a NASA Systems Manager and pilot, also enjoy taking their Cessna 182RG to charming seaside towns and to the emerging central Texas wine country.

Courtney lives in Clear Lake, Texas, home to NASA Johnson Space Center. She has a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Earth Science and Anthropology from the University of Houston and a Paralegal Certification from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
