Brianna Christenson joined Kelly IP as a Law Clerk in 2021 and became an Associate in June of 2023. Her practice focuses on copyright and trademark counseling and litigation before federal courts as well as trademark clearance and prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
She graduated Cum Laude from George Mason University where she served on the George Mason University Law Review and as a research assistant for the Center for Intellectual Property and Innovation Policy with a special focus on copyright research. She received her B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia. Before beginning law school, she worked with bands, musicians, and small businesses in her role as a Junior Business Manager.
