As a Billing Specialist at Kelly IP, Brian plays a key role in managing the firm’s billing and financial operations. He handles all aspects of client billing, including e-billing, supports both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and works closely with partners and the accounting team to ensure a seamless end-to-end financial workflow. With experience in legal operations and an academic background in public sector finance, Brian brings a strong foundation in financial principles and practices to his role.

Prior to joining Kelly IP, Brian worked at a patent litigation firm in Washington, DC, where he oversaw the firm’s operational functions, including finance, human resources, and recruiting.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys reading history, discovering new restaurants, and exploring the DC area. Originally from Georgia, he is a devoted fan of the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs.

He holds a Master of Public Administration and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia’s School of Public and International Affairs.
