As a Billing Specialist at Kelly IP, Brian plays a central role in managing the firm’s billing and financial operations. His responsibilities include handling foreign counsel invoicing, coordinating accounts payable, and supporting the firm’s broader client billing functions. With an academic background in public sector finance, Brian brings a strong foundation in financial principles and practices to his role.

Prior to joining Kelly IP, Brian worked at a patent litigation firm in Washington, DC, where he oversaw the firm’s operational functions, including billing, human resources, and recruiting.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys reading history, discovering new restaurants, and exploring the DC area. Hailing from Georgia, he is a devoted fan of the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs.

He holds a Master of Public Administration and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia’s School of Public and International Affairs.
