Arlene serves as Kelly IP’s Legal Administrative Assistant. As our very first employee, Arlene has proven to be a truly dedicated professional and valued team member. Her tireless work ethic, job knowledge, and leadership have played a key role in helping our firm to grow and prosper. She brings to Kelly IP over 25 years of legal experience, including a wealth of knowledge about trademark law and legal practice gleaned from nearly a decade working with attorneys in the IP field, first at Oblon Spivak, then at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP, and now at Kelly IP. Before working in the IP field, Arlene worked in other areas of the law in West Virginia.

Arlene moved to the DC area in 2006 with her husband, MSgt Jason Clemsic, a retired United States Air Force veteran.

Arlene graduated from the West Virginia Business College where she received an Associate Degree in Business/Legal Studies.
