Anastasia Dorr is an experienced Patent specialist with 19 years of experience in patent prosecution and litigation and partner-level practice management support. Prior to joining Kelly IP, Anastasia was a Patent Prosecution Specialist at ArentFox Schiff LLP and prior to that an IP paralegal and a legal assistant at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She also has 3 years of experience in a Health Association, focusing on product and research policy. She has extensive knowledge of insurance regulatory, intellectual property, and patent terminology and industry trends. She has an interest in public policy issues related to public health and global health policy. Anastasia’s skills include research, policy analysis, writing, and strategic communications. She is fluent in Russian and have has experience with legal research and advocacy utilizing social media. 

In her spare time, Anastasia is dedicated to health and fitness. She enjoys functional and athletic strength training and bootcamp workouts such as Barrys, F45, Corepower, Solidcore, CutSeven and other various workouts in gyms in the DC area. 

Anastasia holds a B.A. in Government and International Relations with a minor in Business, and a Master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in Public Health from George Mason University.
