Allison Kipp has worked in the legal field for more than thirty years, with most of her career focused on U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution and enforcement matters. Allison’s experience includes managing extensive trademark portfolios of major brands and the supervision of foreign filing projects. She is extremely well versed in prosecution and post-registration filings in the U.S., and in the supervision of prosecution and post-registration filings in foreign countries. Allison’s skills also extend to conducting clearance searches and assisting with enforcement matters in foreign countries.

Prior to joining Kelly IP, Allison was a senior trademark legal assistant at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP in Washington, D.C.

Allison holds a B.A. in English with High Distinction from George Mason University, after transferring from University of Utah.
