Managing Intellectual Property has released its 2026 IP Stars rankings, and Kelly IP has again been recognized among the country’s leading trademark firms, both nationally and in the District of Columbia. Nine Kelly IP attorneys were also individually recognized, including two new honorees this year.

National Recognition

Kelly IP has been ranked Tier 1 nationally for both trademark disputes and trademark prosecution, an achievement the firm has now held every year from 2017 through 2026.

District of Columbia Recognition

In the District of Columbia, Kelly IP was ranked Highly Recommended for trademark disputes and trademark prosecution, a ranking the firm has held every year since the local rankings began in 2019.

The firm was also ranked Recommended for copyright and related rights, the first time Kelly IP has received this recognition.

Individual Attorney Honors

Two Kelly IP attorneys were recognized for the first time this year. Lauren Jancuska was named a Rising Star, and Clint Taylor was named a Notable Practitioner.
