Ned has nearly twenty years of experience in trademark prosecution and litigation. Ned has worked at top-tier law firms in both Boston and Washington and as in-house legal support with Marriott International. In addition, Ned has held administrative positions in higher education at Brown and Harvard Universities.

Ned holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
